So unfair that a guy barely has to look at a dumbell to get biceps, whereas I have been working hard for months to get the muscles of a 10 year old boy 😅

Has anyone got any recommendations of good dumbells (10kg each) with a smaller grip? Also not too bulky! Last pair I bought the grip was too big for me to hold well 😬
