Our wine tasting evening is tomorrow night at The Nags Head from 7.30pm. There are still a few tickets left at The Nags Head. It is only £10 and you get 7 wines from 7 different countries (1 sparkling, 3 white, 3 red) introduced by sommelier and wine enthusiast Linda Dowson

The beer festival and gin bar open at The Nags Head at 3pm tomorrow until late. Wold Top and North Riding Breweries will be there and the gins include local gins from Whitby Distillery and York Gin

The best way to learn about wine is by drinking and we have the perfect opportunity to test that with our wine tasting on Weds 14 June. Held in the Nags Head Beer Garden, tickets are on sale now at the Nags - only £12 per tickets to try 6 new wines!

Get your dancing shoes ready as Soul Rida are back at the The Nags Head on Friday 16th June as part of Scalby Fair Week. Soul Rida are an eight piece band playing Soul, Motown, Northern Soul and Disco from the last 4 decades, and we love em! From 7:30pm and food available.

Scalby Fair day is the culmination of a week long series of events with over 50 stalls, street entertainment, children's activities, music, dancing, tombola and BBQ. The theme for this year is 'Crowning Glory' in celebration of our new King. Saturday 17th June from 12pm.

Enjoy a special preview evening of the Scalby Fair Flower Festival at St Laurence's Church on Thurs 15 June at 7:30 pm. Enjoy the stunning displays centred around our theme of the year 'Crowning Glory'. The flowers will be on display until Monday 19th at 3pm. Donations welcome.

Congratulations to our Scalby Fair Photography competition winner Alan Pickard, well done! The theme for this year was 'Scarborough through the Seasons' and was sponsored this year by Saint Cecilia's Care Group. The entries can be seen at the memorial shelter on fair day.
