Zikri's work with the Schiemann group is published in Chemistry …mistry-europe.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/ch… Dinar Abdullin This works shows that the dHis-Cu(II) approach does not need a His-null protein mutant and can differentiate between label and protein conformations.

Zikri (now at UC Davis) recently published a paper from his PhD in collaboration with the Stoll Lab group. Here, we developed two rotamer libraries for our dHis-Cu(II)-NTA using molecular dynamics and the new chiLife method. PCCP pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…

Josh and Shramana's review has been accepted for publication in the 80th EPR anniversary edition of Applied Magnetic Resonance. It is cleverly titled "PELDOR to the metal: Cu(II)-based labels put a new spin on distance measurements". Congratulations!

Josh and Shramana’s paper on a new rigid Cu(II)based DNA label is now published in JACS! The new Cu(II) label is anchored inside the DNA helix and is sensitive to dynamic and structural fluctuations of the duplex induced by protein binding. pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10…
