Terrible obfuscation from First Minister John Swinney on the question by Patrick Harvie 🇪🇺🌈 on the ''proposed development'' by Flamingo Land on Loch Lomond. Ignoring nearly 180,000 people who have signed a petition against the development is a sure way to get unelected in 2026.

The judgement issued by the Supreme Court last week has positive implications for outdoor recreation across the UK & should make it harder for those who have been trying to undermine access rights in Scotland, including both our National Parks, to do so parkswatchscotland.co.uk/2025/05/26/the…
Today the Scottish Greens challenged the First Minister to recall and reject Flamingo Land's destructive mega-resort proposals for Loch Lomond. Sadly, he would not do so. We need to keep up the pressure and force a U-turn on this catastrophic decision.
Good to be with Scottish Greens and the local community at Holyrood for the #SaveLochLomond rally. This place means the world to so many. It deserves protection, not some resort. People power stopped this before. We can do it again. ✍️ greens.scot/lochlomond
Pleased to see the Scottish Government has ‘shelved’ plans for a Galloway National Park. Most local people did’t want it. Can they now reject plans for Flamingo Land at Balloch where similarly most local folk don’t want it?
We must protect Scotland's national park from destruction. 🦩The #FlamingoLand decision isn’t set in stone yet - Scottish Government ministers have the power to change the decision. We’re calling on everyone who loves Loch Lomond to stand with us! save loch lomond
