Michael Long Unfortunately the area around North Street the so called TriBeCa area is a scar on the city centre, graffiti strewn dereliction everywhere, and it feels unsafe at night. Crazy really given the investment in Belfast stories and the University

“It’s time for Castlebrooke to work with us, as the years of limbo have left the people of this city frustrated and angry, seeing the rot and decay in once thriving part of our city centre.” - Cllr Brian Smyth, Green Party NI archive.is/I7txX
