Great to reconnect with Alinur Ali Aden at #COP29. I’ve seen the devastating impact of the climate crisis first-hand in #Somalia. So grateful to work alongside partners like GREDO SOMALIA to address these challenges.

While in #Kenya earlier this year I had the opportunity to see how our teams Save the Children Kenya & Madagascar are ensuring remote communities receive health and nutrition services. It was so encouraging to see their efforts.


The climate crisis and conflict has displaced far too many in #Somalia. Seeing the impact of our Save the Children in Somalia WASH and child protection initiatives was impressive, but the humanitarian needs are significant. Additional support is needed to do more.





The work we as Save the Children International do to promote and protect children’s rights wouldn’t be possible without the daily efforts of our staff and volunteers. Starting this year with immense gratitude for my colleagues around the world. #Grateful #NewYear2025
