🏃🏽‍♀️PR-ed today in 400m with 1:02.42 (improved by 0.65 sec as compared to the last week). And also got a Season Best in 800m at the same meet (with only a few minutes to recover between the races). #AlwaysCompete

First weekend back home. Savannah Aulich | 2026 ran her Sectionals in track. Emma ran 200m and qualified for the championship. And my dad Sebastian Aulich at a BJJ tournament took gold at the open black belt division. Proud sister and daughter moments ❤️

A good start of the summer season. Tossed 4 scoreless innings today with 6Ks. Threw 4 innings yesterday, with 3 scoreless. Flying to Kansas on Wednesday for the Top Gun tournament.

Worked out with my sister today for her AFT (Army Fitness Test) in a 103 degree real-feel temp.

Had a great time today at Drexel University. Thank you Coach Brooke Kalman for hosting me on a visit. I toured the school, attended an admissions session and learned about the softball program. 💙💛
