Those eyes - dark, wide and expressive locked upon the Baron like two rays of the burning sun. That gaze scorched and blazed, never lessening as a smile suddenly sent sparkles into their depths. "That was incredible!"

Aramis shook his head in response to the gestured question - slender shoulders giving a shrug in similar confusion.

Always the optimist.

Things between he and Porthos were tense since their mission abroad. A night of temptation leading them to both withdraw from each other like turtles going back into their shells. Even now, as they relaxed after a long day of training, Aramis didn't know where they stood.

He promptly failed upon giving the answer "For you? Anything."
