On the day of Christmas when the everyonecelebrates with their loved ones, there are a few members of society who are less fortunate to have a hot meal. We celebrated Xmas by cooking 200 hot meals, hot drinks, onion bhaji and deliver to the homeless on te streets of London.

Mountain Bike Leader qualified. Absolutely productive weekend. For the first time ever to use my Standards learning credit (SLC) in the past 19 years. Can’t wait to use newly learned skills. Anyone out there who is keen and willing to ride, please give me a shout. #opportunities

Great initiative. Will be another great day and with Hugh success. Thank you for organising this. Couldn’t be any better time to launch Defence Intersectionality Group.

The ability to reach #unity in #diversity will be the beauty and the test of DIG. I am extremely appreciative of our team for living up to the vision and aim we hold dear. DIG's support of the Coventry Mercia Lions' #Snowdon charity challenge is yet another great accomplishment.

It is great to be back after 4 long years, especially to be part of #ashes2023. It was a long day but very productive and wonderful. Moreover, great to catch up the most humble person MontyChannel . If you are at #lords cricket ground, come and say hello.

A massive thank you Pam Sheemar for organising the South Asian Heritage month. I was very fortunate to be part of such a great initiative and be one of the panellist to share my story. I was so overwhelmed with the response I received. #southasian #heritage #inspiration #sucess

It has finally happened. I never would have thought I'd be able to finish my MSc through Cranfield University It has been a difficult yet rewarding experience. I always had the option of making an excuse or making progress, and I chose the latter. This is how I define my path to success

For this Remembrance Sunday, I have created my own Army Air Corps poppy cap badge. This emblem symbolizes the courage and sacrifice of our soldiers made during the wars. Let's wear it with pride and honor, as we remember them. #RemembranceSunday #LestWeForget The Army Air Corps

Making a Difference this Christmas Day. Today was a truly special day our team distributed hot food to the homeless people in London. Witnessing the joy and gratitude on their faces was a reminder of the power of compassion and the importance of helping those in need.
