Went for a run this morning (last minute panic training for a half-marathon next weekend). I stopped to drink water at the fountain in Bantry Bay - clearly looking very tired - when three young women tapped me on the back and said: “You got this, queen!”. I love this place 👸🏻🇿🇦❤️

I firmly believe that we should not be allowing gambling advertising and sponsorships in South Africa. We will look back on this with a great deal of regret.
