Visited Different Water Tanker Complaints Centres and examined their efficiency.
Due to increasing of Water Tanker Complaints the staff duty timing increased from 8 hours to 12 hours to cope with emergency situations and trying to give maximum relief to the Islamabad residents.

Visited Margallah Twn regarding shortage of water supply due to defective Tubewells One Tubewell has been restored and other one will be restored in week time because there bore issue.
Tanker Service staff directed to attend all complaints of Margallah Town daily basis.

Abdul Power Breakdown and tripping at Poona Plant. Today I visited personally and increased the line pressure. IA you will see improvement in next couple of days.

As per directions of Worthy Chairman CDA the drawl of Water increased from 26 MGD to 34 MGD from Simly Dam through 2nd line 36 inches Dia
Water Management teams trying best to repair all leakage immediately round the clock to save the water in main Conduction lines.

Today visited water Treatment Plant RL-1 Near IC supply water to Sector G-7,G-8. All pumps working however cleaning of Storage Tanks and Filters Beds due IA will be done next week after shutdown schedule and arrangement of alternate Supply to feeding areas.

Visited on weekend different Water Complaints Centre and necessary directions issued to staff on duty must behave respectfully with public, keep all records upto date and ensure addressing daily tankers complaints.

One More Tubewell in Sector H-8 completed with good discharge about 8000 GPH and under Observation. It will be connected with Sector I-8 network to overcome the shortage of water Supply.

Visited Different Complaints regarding Water Shortage Tubewells Pumping Station to ensure the regular Water Supply during Eid Holidays in Islamabad.

Visited Desilting Operation of Khanpur Dam Canal about 18 Km out Sangjani Water Plant Alhamdulillah about 80% work completed IA upto 21st Feb the operation will be completed. Water Supply to Sector G-10,G-11 F-10,F-11 will be restored partially with Curtailed 50% as low level dam

There is less rainfall during monsoon 2023 only 70% Khanpur Dam and 90% Reservoirs filled up. Still no rain effect during current Winter in catchment areas of Dams Tender for 4 Nos Tubewell in F-10 area will be called in few days. CDA appeal to Residents avoid wasting Water.

CDA Water Mangt trying best to improve the Water Supply network in city. Visited different sites to check the progress and ensure quality of work also ensure regular supply to the residents.
