Hey Vinted U.K. I raised a complaint about a listing including ivory (ivory is illegal to sell in the U.K.) and the listing has still been allowed. Born Free Foundation I’d like to make more folk aware that Vinted is allowing the breaking of U.K. selling rules in regards to ivory.

Does anyone know - if you have proof of POA & know you’re an executor on the will, and ask a firm if they have the will, can they tell you? Not release the will - just confirm they have it? Any UK #law specialist able to tell me?

My cousins phone was stolen from palliative care just before/ as she passed. It has her bank details on it. Can’t find out if fraud has been committed as the death certificate will take over 2 weeks & Lloyds can’t tell me if the account has been emptied without it. What do I do?
