A tangible action you can take: hire an intern of color this summer. We have 75 fellows in this year's Hack.Diversity cohort. Many are still looking for paid software/IT internships. This isn't charity. It's a strategic advantage to have talented interns who happen to be black.

Grateful for Jody A Rose’s leadership and candor. Proud to be on the board for Hack.Diversity and donating to support this incredible team’s work. bostonglobe.com/2020/06/03/bus…

Thrilled to participate in the 2nd Annual #dehackathon w/ Hack.Diversity IDEO CoLab Ventures! #RemoteWork is ripe for disruption. Can't wait to see what the Fellows have built.

It's that time of year again! Are you a Black/Latinx #softwareengineering, #IT, #dataanalytics, or #ux? Hack.Diversity is passionate about #diversityintech & your success. Hack.Diversity's 2021 Cohort Application is now LIVE: bit.ly/hack2021.

Wow. Proud doesn’t even begin to describe it. 2017 Jody A Rose Jeff Bussgang & I brought Hack.Diversity to life. 2018 I joined the Board. 2020 I hired a Fellow to join Echobind. More to do, but oh so proud of what we’ve done so far.
