Important paper for Med school/residency and fellowship admission committee members to read. We need to understand the barriers to properly evaluate the road traveled by some of our applicants!

It is truly a privilege to do this work. The more diverse the healthcare workforce, the more likely we are to achieve health equity!

Agree with my partner, Dr. Zyczynski’s wisdom. Hopeful that a diverse group of OBGYN will apply to ensure that examiners reflect the diversity of our field.
