Oh my, bandages back on quickly, feeling 🤢. Bloody painful today

So, saw the surgeon yesterday for my follow-up after the operation 3 weeks ago. Sadly, not the news I was expecting. He was unable to repair cartilage. It would seem I have lost 30% of it. He was hoping to fill the hole with good cartilage and a mixture of proteins etc. 😟
