Absolutely heartbreaking to read all the negativity about nursing associates I am proud to be a nursing associate and I am good at what I do, we are a jigsaw and should fit together and make each other grow not bring each other down WeNursingAssociates π

WeNursingAssociates π @michelleburl Mel Woodman Elaine whiting We have 31 NAs looking to start BSc RN Institute of Health and Social Care we are now seeing a real pathway in our community nursing teams our volunteers to HCA to NA to RN to DN ..this way we can also recruit from our local communities, giving better representation of the areas we serve β€οΈ

WeNursingAssociates π @michelleburl Mel Woodman Elaine whiting Institute of Health and Social Care Am pleased that Nursing and Midwifery Council has now validated with Institute of Health and Social Care hoping for intakes for ANAs in Oct and BSc APL (top up to us) starting in Dec our NAs are really excited about this π
