So many models of coaching being used in education and I’ve added some new ones myself. I think this is great as long as we agree what the core principles of coaching are and discern its true potential in education - don’t distort it to fit a compliance agenda set by leadership.

If you missed the Aurora last night and / or would like another go, then it looks like there is a good chance we’ll have another display this evening.

Coaching risks becoming another cog in the machine that keeps professionals busy and is used to reproduce systems, and to recycle ideas rather than challenge and support educators to imagine and create educational futures they might truly aspire to, be party to the creation of.

Students learning about forces and motion trying to make the car safe so the person doesn’t fall out…a neck belt is an interesting solution. Students assured me he could still breathe.😊 #andneedswheels
