Last year’s race gave me a lot of excitement and curiosity to come back. If I could run 2:25 off minimal training, what could I do off a normal buildup?

It took a full year of inconsistency and rebuilding to finally get consistency- just in time for this Olympic Trials buildup.

Grateful to hit 5 months without missing a day of running as I wrap up this training cycle- the most fun I’ve ever had training!
