Did you see i’ve been hanging out with 2 of my favourite business partners in the world last week? Gary Neville was down in London to launch his new clothing edit with Touker Suleyman ’s company - hawesandcurtis so they were having a bit of a shindig at their flagship shop!

So my mate Steve Bennett introduced me to this new concept earlier this week of basically making sure I was getting enough fibre in my diet to keep me fuller for longer and so he’s got me making these smoothies on a morning and I’m really enjoying them so thought i’d share….

This time next week I’ll be back sitting in that chair eagerly awaiting this years cohort of entrepreneurs to come through those lift doors. And I have to say - every year I think I feel even more excited than the previous year and this year is definitely no exception!

I’m bloody loving this technique with the ribbon and the roses! I mean there’s nothing you can’t do with a glue-gun! Honestly - if you’re a beginner crafter I would say save this, get some ribbon and a glue-gun then once you’ve watched it back a few times you’ll get it!

So after the success of my last ‘toilet roll crafting’ experiment I decided to see what else I could do with the loo-roll and I’ve absolutely nailed these flowers - they look fab and I loved doing them! #flowers #keepsake #wedding #weddingflowers #crafting #diy #homedecor
