I went to see for myself Southern Water's toxic plastic beads clean up operation and guess what, is a sham. 6 days ago John Penicud from SW told BBC Radio 4 PM Evan Davis "I'm at the beach at the moment and we've got around 70% of those beads now fully cleaned up". This is what SW's clean
