Definitely the people. Cast, crew & everyone on set. It was clear from watching script supervisors, cameras, grips, ADs, costume, props etc how passionate everyone was. Everyone had a part to play and it was an honour to be a small cog in a much larger machine. #AskGeorgiaH

I have so many favourites! I did really love the satin dress I got to wear in series three for the ball. Here’s a picture of it. #AskGeorgiaH

My schedule was usually: covid test, breakfast, hair & makeup, costume, film a few scenes, lunch, more filming, dinner, more filming, wrap, get out of costume and hair, drive home, repeat! #AskGeorgiaH #Sanditon

I loved Crystal’s (Georgiana’s) Season 2 Episode 2 green dress. We chatted between takes about how beautiful it was and how it resembled a traditional sari. That week off filming certainly consisted of a lot of outfit envy, everyone adored everyone’s costumes. #AskGeorgiaH

We often used these special underarm pads to prevent sweat getting onto the costumes. Most items that weren’t incredibly delicate got washed regularly, and the finer pieces like jackets and grand gowns were sprayed down with Febreeze and kept as clean as possible. #AskGeorgiaH

We wore masks between takes & tested daily. One thing that sticks in my mind was a lady (I wish I could remember her name) but she was so kind and brought her dog Pharoh onto the set daily. He was a beautiful well behaved pup whom I miss getting to pet every morning! #AskGeorgiaH

I never met him unfortunately, we never crossed paths. But here’s a picture of me, under the flower arch standing in as Ben's eyeline for when he sees Charlotte arrive at the beach. #AskGeorgiaH

I have several, another of my favourites was surely my tea room outfit in season 2, even though I was boiling in it, it felt very regal. #AskGeorgiaH #SanditonS2

I got to wear her lovely blue gown from the garden party. It was very soft and I wish I never had to take it off! I could have happily lived in it forever. #AskGeorgiaH #Sanditon

When I was standing in, I was usually placed nearby so that it was easier for me to switch between my place & Rose’s place. I wouldn’t say special treatment at all, though. All the SA’s were treated wonderfully on set. We all felt like such a close group throughout. #AskGeorgiaH

Ooooh, that’s a good question! It has to be the dinner party in S2. The several days there really felt so fun, getting to know some of the cast, talking about our lives and sharing jokes and stories. Definitely one of my favourites! I mean, look at the dresses! #AskGeorgiaH

Pretty long, we’d usually start at around 6:30/7, sometimes earlier depending on the shoot, then we’d wrap at around ⅞ and then have to get out of costume and hair. Very long days, but so much fun! #AskGeorgiaH #Sanditon

Offscript didn’t happen much on set as the script supervisors were very on the ball! But Turlough (Arthur Parker) and Kris (Tom Parker) definitely made everyone laugh a lot, they were both so happy and talkative with everyone, as were the rest of the cast. #AskGeorgiaH #Sanditon

I loved the dinner party in S2 because it really felt like a party throughout the week we filmed it. The cast laughed and joked with us, it was always sad having to leave the table, but we always greeted each other like old friends whenever we returned to our seats. #AskGeorgiaH

Hair and costume definitely takes longer. If it’s a promenade scene, you usually see men and women walking together arm in arm, such was the way back then. There’s also an air of elegance, good posture was a must -though in a corset you don’t really have much choice! #AskGeorgiaH

Sometimes, if our holding area wasn’t near set, and we’d get to enjoy have singalongs and chat a lot. Other times I would read or play cards with the other SAs, or stream some Netflix. Though downtime was rare, we were very busy! #AskGeorgiaH #Sanditon

Yes! I’ve worked on quite a few over the years. I was a student on Sex Education season 3 for every episode, we filmed that for 6 months. I also played a lawyer in Showtrial which I filmed for 2-3 weeks. #AskGeorgiaH

I’d love to take this time to thank everyone I had the opportunity to work with on #Sanditon. It truly was one of the most remarkable experiences ever. TV and Film is such a special industry, everyone is so passionate about what they do and it shows. #SanditonS2 #PoisonArrows

Thank you #SanditonSisterhood for having me, I’m so sad #Sanditon is at an end now. That set really felt like home, thankfully we can always rewatch it! - Georgia ❣️
