@WildlifeOrphan1 Only got a very small garden, several years ago I started feeding them, made a hedgehog hotel. Had hedgehogs ever since. I saw one this morning at 5:45a. He (or she) was just about to climb into his bed. I even had 3 babies 3 years ago two feet from my backdoor in the log pile.
