I spent 3 hours yesterday turning a 45-min Telugu sermon into 5 YouTube Shorts. Manually transcribing, finding the best moments, cutting clips, adding captions... There has to be a better way. Telugu creators - how long does this take you?

Go out. Laugh. Drink. Touch the world. The lone wolf act won’t save you.

We plan a lot. We talk about consistency. We work hard on good days. But real output changes when there’s no second option. When winning is the only way, you stop chasing motivation and start building systems. Consistency becomes non-negotiable. Work becomes focused. Execution

Monday update: Using a tool I built to auto-clip Telugu sermons → Shorts with captions. Forcing myself to publish only from it this week. Goal: see if it can fully replace my manual workflow.

I’m not building a startup right now. I’m building a system I actually use every day. If that works, the startup can come later.
