Magic Spotlight: Foundations is over, and it's time to celebrate! cftsoc3 top4'ed with Temur otters! Nicole Tipple and r-condon.bsky.social went 12-3; Dylan Morgan, Aaron Barich, Minh Nguyen, and Hannah went 11-4; Mora Steudel, Sky Bauerschmidt Sweeney, and A Horberg finished at 10-5!

We're extremely disappointed to hear this news. The VML is a sister organization to us, and we wouldn't be the team we are if it wasn't for their work getting people of marginalized genders into the competitive magic space. We hope Magic: The Gathering reconsiders this decision.

In light of recent developments, as a gesture of support for marginalized people, I'll commit half the money I receive from Wizards for this Pro Tour to LGBT+ causes (happy to take suggestions or to defer to Sanctum of All to pick one). Magic should be as inclusive as it can be.

Congratulations to Rei Zhang aka cftsoc3 for finishing 2nd in RC Montreal! They've put so much work into prowess this season, and their third time LCQ'ing paid off. This is the fourth weekend in a row that a team member top8'ed an RC, and the third time we've made the finals!
