Today SJPD held its Fallen Officers' Memorial and Flag Ceremony to honor our thirteen fallen heroes who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty. Our Officers know the risk when signing up for the job but they continue to serve and protect our community everyday.

AIR3 had a busy night patrolling the skies of San Jose and assisting Officers in apprehending dangerous suspects. At approximately 6:54 PM, Officers responded to a call where a victim was robbed and shot by two suspects. Both suspects fled on foot but AIR3 was able to locate them

Today is National Peace Officers' Memorial Day. SJPD attended the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Peace Officers' Memorial to honor the fallen Officers who served Santa Clara County. We forever remember and recognize the ultimate sacrifice made by our thirteen SJPD fallen heroes.

Metro officers served a search warrant as part of a narcotics investigation. They seized over 10,000 fentanyl pills, as well as cocaine, cash, and sales indicia.
