Yesterday's burial ceremony of the late Gen. Francis Omondi Ogolla ,

I later paid a visit to the family of Seargent Clifford Omondi in Sirinde village, Kaugagi Udenda sublocation. Burial preparations are on course for the 26th April .

Sergeant Cliphonce Omondi, who perished in the chopper accident, was a hardworking officer with a bright future who was dedicated to his duties. In him, Kaugagi Udenda community has lost a great future. May his soul rest in peace. Two officers in one constituency!

Death of Gen Ogolla, a decorated four star general, the first Luo, ever to occupy the Position of Chief of Defence forces, is a big blow to my people of Masumbi and Kenyans in general. I do hope that thorough investigations will be done on the cause of this chopper crash. RiP

We had a wonderful service at St Pantalleon Catholic Parish, township ward led by father Frederick Auma. We later conducted a fundraiser to help in church development. Many thanks to our esteemed guests led by Governor James Orengo Hon. Tim Wanyonyi & many other leaders present

I had the honour to preside over the closing ceremony of the 20th Annual KEPHSA Nyanza regional conference at the Siaya Institute of Technology. The existing partnership between KEPHSA and NG-CDF has led to infrastructural transformation in schools across the country

We commissioned newly built classrooms at Katuda Primary School, South East Alego ward, and also engaged the kogelo community on other pressing development needs.
