First I'm hearing about carnivore causing low bile flow. Carnivore is high fat by definition. The more fat you eat, the more bile you produce. Unless this guy is saying Baker is eating too lean, I'm missing the argument.

Statins cross the blood brain barrier, and interfere with cholesterol production in the brain. You've taken a leap of faith with assuming low LDL levels are cardioprotective in modern hunter-gatherers. Who, in turn, are not representative of the diet of paleolithic humans.

Animal fats and protein increase satiety. Carbs and plant fats increase hunger. The diet becomes a lot easier once you realise that.
