Really excited about the recent FungAMR/ChroQueTas preprint by Camille Bédard, Narciso Martín Quijada & co! We've now added it to our platform for C. albicans, making Solu the only web UI for ChroQueTas. Looking forward to expanding to other species!

🏥Akershus University Hospital modernised its genomic surveillance workflow with Solu🏥 Faced with a vancomycin-resistant E. faecium outbreak, the team replaced time-consuming command-line tools with real-time analysis. Turnaround time dropped. Insight quality improved.
