This has been a long standing problem, longer than I can remember dealing with across Colorado. It is a pleasure to see the Congress act on this, and I hope the Senate can act similarly during the lame duck session.

So maddening is the acquiescence of a poorly written law patently unconstitutional as to its municipal home rule application. Much the same can be said of the other land use preemptions. It’s time for a trip to the state Supreme Court🙏
