Jack Hinshelwood is a very good young player but he's not really a left-back. He could be in for a long afternoon against Bukayo Saka, who is already causing a lot of problems down the #AFC right.

Martin Odegaard looks to be in a fair amount of pain. He took two whacks in the space of a few minutes. Whatever it is, he is trying to run it off... but he's clearly not moving right.

I think you could argue that Rice's touch of the ball was, by the letter of the law, technically a yellow-card offence. But it was so minor, and Veltman's subsequent kick on Rice was so obvious, that the whole thing just feels totally weird.

You can see why Arsenal might feel aggrieved about the decision to send off Rice, given that this went unpunished in the first half.
