"Eggs on Toast" Gastronomic Dessert. In a science and food module, students combine science and food as a gastronomic dish. This concept looks like the classic eggs on toast but is sweet. Consisting of a banana bread base, marshmallow 'egg white' and a mango sphere as the 'yolk'.
