Park Theatre to see #TheStillRoom by Sally Rogers which, with genius observations, brought “norms” centre stage. The insight of the writing, direction and portrayals had audience discussing sexual politics, and more, in the interval and after, yet was a feast of comic wonder.

Went to see How to Have a Baby and Not Lose Your Sht at the King’s Head Theatre. Expertly directed by my friend Lucy Speed, written by Kirsty Smith and brilliantly acted by Michelle Luther. Harrowing but darkly funny it’s a rollercoaster of emotions about becoming a mother.

The Door Opens Another shitty night. One of the worst. I went to sleep at eight o’clock after taking my medication and by one o’clock I was wide awake. Not only that, my head had become jammed down the side of the bed.
