The whole brilliant cast give such superbly observed, heart-rending and hysterical performances in Sally Rogers' play 'The Still Room' Park Theatre. Massive shout-outs to Kate James and Larner Wallace-Taylor
VIDEO: Check out why David Morrissey @MPeakeOfficial Johnny Flynn @LucySpeed #AlisonSteadman & other celebs are raving about Sally Rogers’ debut play The Still Room. Now at Park Theatre til 25 Jun, starring Kate James. #OffWestEnd #featured #RT dlvr.it/SSMdph
Park Theatre to see #TheStillRoom by Sally Rogers which, with genius observations, brought “norms” centre stage. The insight of the writing, direction and portrayals had audience discussing sexual politics, and more, in the interval and after, yet was a feast of comic wonder.
We’ll struggle to fill the theatre this evening with the strikes so if you’re local to Finsbury Park and fancy a brilliant play, come and see us at Park Theatre #TheStillRoom is magical with a full house. parktheatre.co.uk/whats-on/the-s…
Still time to catch #Thestillroom with Christopher Simmons at Park Theatre Tickets here: parktheatre.co.uk/whats-on/the-s…
The Still Room focuses on a young woman trapped by her class, gender and education and asks, ‘how far would you go to change the path of your life?’. #RADAgrad Jack Colgrave Hirst is starring in the play, on at Park Theatre until 25 Jun. bit.ly/3xL54zj
Can't wait to see The Still Room for a 2nd time tomorrow! It's so good! Brilliantly written by Sally Rogers, you'll laugh, cry and have plenty to ponder. A wonderful cast with stunning performances from Larner Wallace-Taylor, Kate James, Jane Slavin and the legend that is Christopher Simmons
Cracking evening catching the last (for now I reckon) performance of The Still Room Park Theatre. Brilliant snapshot of class and the 1980s - AND all hail the majesty of Jane Slavin. Nicely done Nigel Douglas. 💪
Went to see How to Have a Baby and Not Lose Your Sht at the King’s Head Theatre. Expertly directed by my friend Lucy Speed, written by Kirsty Smith and brilliantly acted by Michelle Luther. Harrowing but darkly funny it’s a rollercoaster of emotions about becoming a mother.
On face time with Lucy Speed 40 mins before her first preview for Steel magnolias. That’s courage, right there! Richmond theatre next week.
Sheffield, go and see Lucy Speed in Steel Magnolias this week, for the wig alone! She’s brilliant. We have to support theatre, they’re trying to take it away from us.
Please please go and see #Phaedra National Theatre it’s EVERYTHING. It’s magnificent. Paul Chahidi and #JanetMcTeer and everyone in this brilliant production gave magnificent performances. Go just go! I❤️#SimonStone
