What a great idea.

Last week I was called to the hospital to prepare for the difficult discussions about my Nan. I told them not to bet against her as she’s built of tough stuff. Tonight she’s eaten, drank and we’re planning coming home. Never underestimate a female in my family. We fight hard.

Today we say Happy Retirement to our irreplaceable Health and Safety Secretary, Jacque. She will be greatly missed after working with SWB NHS Trust for over 30 years! There was a great turn out to our send off, with external partners coming to say goodbye too.

💔The woman who loved me most in all the world, who was my biggest cheerleader and my biggest comfort. She would have burned the world down for me or helped me conquer it. She passed away peacefully at home, with her family around her. Life will never be the same. RIP Nan.

Out buying a funeral outfit and run into my cousins doing the same. Made me laugh to think my Nan would find it funny if we all turned up in the same outfit - she knows it would be the only time we have ever agreed on anything. God I miss her

Saw this and it made me think. I can still describe the circumstances, the smell and tiniest details of so many cases. We carry them with us and they shape us.
