It’s been an immensely successful year for Cwm Primary’s sports teams. Our Girls cricket finishing 9th in Wales and the Boys 2nd in BG. Our mixed Hockey team went undefeated at our local festival and our girls football team came 2nd at a recent tournament.#TeamCwm⚽️🏑🏏🏉 🔴🔵⚪️

This morning Year 7 got into true Welsh spirit by singing the National Anthem and Yma o Hyd cheering on Wales ahead of their game against Iran. Pupils and staff belted out both anthems with pride and passion and we certainly billed ourselves as the 'Land of Song' this morning.

Rugby News! A number of our students were involved in the Big Devon Bash Rugby Festival over the weekend, representing Ebbw Vale. The Under 12s topped their group and were 2nd overall, while the Under 13s also topped their group and came 3rd overall! Great results 🏉
