Due to the impending storm that's going to hit at the end of the school day and beginning of practice, we have decided to CANCEL practice for today. Parents and students, please plan on taking a bus or getting a ride home after school instead of going to practice.

Congratulations to Jake Marshall and Maddie Cummings for earning our Golden Batons against Bedford! These athletes displayed great amounts of honesty and teamwork in our wins over Temperance Bedford! Great job, Hornets!

As we prepare for our first home meet of the year, we'd like to congratulate two of our athletes for breaking SMS T&F records! Shoutout to Wes Rogan for breaking the 800m record and shoutout to Chanon Palmer for breaking the 55m hurdles record!

Congratulations to our Girls 4x400m relay team for setting a new SMS record! The team of Zoe Gall, Addie Turck, Caroline Cotner, and Ella Arvai competed hard and earned their spot on our record board!

Today's practice has been CANCELED. Looking ahead to our next week and a half, we have a meet on the following days: Tuesday, May 7 Thursday, May 9 Friday, May 10 Monday, May 13 Tuesday, May 14 We heavily encourage our athletes to rest for this upcoming stretch of meets!

Honored to announce that both our Boys and Girls teams earned 1st place at the SEC Championship meet yesterday!

We had an awesome meet today at the inaugural Regional meet! The girls were able to take 3rd overall and the boys ended up taking 1st overall!

Our SalineMSTrack is off to a great start at Megastar

What an impressive season from so many athletes! We're so proud of our Boys and Girls teams and how they've competed throughout the season. Both teams fought hard today at the Megastar meet and a special congratulations to the Boys for taking home 1st place overall!

Our MS SalineMSTrack had some great performances tonight! Congrats to the boys team for winning the meet!
