How do you build a productive group?
First, with supportive and dedicated faculty such as Dr. Salah G. Aoun
Second, create a vertical mentorship and leadership structure between med students and IMGs
Third, empower them to embrace the unknown and love the process of discovery
❤️

Your mentors are proud of you
Your family is proud of you
I am proud of you
You have achieved plus more despite the obstacles
& that should be celebrated'
