One really good thing about school starting again... the St. Conleth's Canteen is open for business again!

First Years' First Day: a nice, easy start with the last day of the Activity Camp and lunch in the canteen.

The enthusiasm and smiles will continue, but the casual attire changes to full uniform for Tuesday!

We in the Senior School take the 'slowly, slowly' approach to starting up again, but the Junior School hit the ground at full throttle!

And one last look at some of our Class of 2024 Leavers... off to conquer the world!

Now... we're all back! First Years... in full uniform, but still smiling!

Second and Third Years... a bit too cool but still came to school!

And Fifth and Sixth Years, ready to get down to some serious work!

'Pending', a Conlethian band made up of Sixth Years Zalán Kovács and Michael Jones released 'Payback' (open.spotify.com/album/0tp0Xucf…) in July and Dan Hegarty 'The Alternative Show' of RTE Radio 2 featured it on his show and voted it his song of the week. Watch out, Pants on Fire!

And the first (of, hopefully, many) member of the Class of 2024 to fall victim to our cub reporter's selfie-cam is... Emilio Sadofschi! As well as Gav Maguire (Class of 2000), but he is always hanging around the place!

Happy 85th Birthday, St. Conleth's!

85 years ago, today, Bernard Sheppard founded St. Conleth's College. In some ways, we have changed immensely but in the important things, not at all. We raise a prayer, a song and an ice cream cone in honour of that enduring vision!

The handover of TY Co-Ordinating from Gav to Mr. Trenier has been smooth and efficient, and it's business as usual as TYs enjoy a Bray Head hike with Messrs. Smith and Ingle.

6th Yr. Róisín Ridge, in action for Leinster! After training 3 full days a week for the last 3 months, Leinster U18 Girls are the 2024 Interprovincial Champions, beating Connacht 17-14! Róisín will have a medal & jersey presentation in the Aviva at the Leinster match, 27/9!

O'Dualings on the Double! Mr. and Miss O'D (and tusty sidekick, Mr. Toal) accompanied 1B to the Museum of Modern Literature for a workshop titled 'Shut Your Eyes and See', which explores Irish literature, past and present, hoping to inspire the next generation to read and write.

Muralist Vanessa Power is working with student artist volunteers to create the school's new mural in the Hall. The whole idea of this mural was to create something from the students with the students as a communial art piece to encapsulate 'St Conleth's' for our 85th birthday.

Almost...almost... yes! It is finished! Muralist Vanessa Power (@signsofpower) has completed our new school hall mural with the help of student artists, gangmaster Louise Halpin and patron, CEO Tony Kilcommons!

Boomer Reunion! The Class of 1968 (and '66) enjoyed an impromptu gathering at The Dropping Well! Thomas Rogers, Anthony Roche, Bryan Strahan, Gerald Mooney and John Corbet (in no particular order) reminisced about the good, old days... and never looked once at their phones!
