I’ve a friend who’s 29. That’s two full generations younger than me. She’s just told me her ex bf smacked the side of her & now she can’t hear out of her left ear. But she’s scared to report in case it makes him worse. I am SO angry, it shouldn’t be this way anymore.

When you see an animal’s happy ending you remember why you fought so hard at the beginning❤️

I was on my way to feed the #CrowCrew & just by chance saw this chap fall off a gym roof. I managed to catch him. I ran in & all the gym men were running around getting water & wanting to help. People DO care and it’s important to remember that🫶🏽

My mum said today “you need to slow down, you need to rest, someone else will fight”.

No. No way. Not while there’s breath in my body. There’s too much at stake. Their babies are just as important as mine. I’ll never stop fighting.

Yesterday morning this was his tree. Today it’s just stumps. I’m still numb from this happening on my doorstep. I spend my life fighting for animals & yet I’ve failed my own. After the tears have dried I’ll find the strength to fight back. Thank you for the all the support❤️🙏🏽

I’m absolutely distraught. I came home after a long day & the tree that is the meeting point for the birds, squirrels, foxes & badgers has been butchered behind my back. Please I don’t want advice, I’m exploring legal options. Right now I just need to cry, my heart’s ripped out.

After decades, the ban of the barbaric practice of Live Export from Great Britain has passed it’s final stage in the House of Lords & awaits Royal Assent.

This was the reason I went vegan. My ground zero, my first protest. I humbly thank the OG titans that made this happen🙏🏽💚

My friend has come a cross some wool insulation. She doesn’t want it in her house because all my friends are vegan💅🏽💚

Would any sanctuaries (maybe squirrel/small animal) like this posted for bedding?🛌

I had a bit of day but as soon as I sat down I got a call to try to catch a badly bleeding very distressed bird. Of course I went & of course I caught him!💪🏽

He’ll get some pain relief now & hope for the best🤞🏽
