Council votes 23-0 to ENDORSE the city-wide expansion of the non-police crisis response service.

Today, the City’s Executive Committee adopted a plan to expand Toronto Community Crisis Service (TCCS) city wide following a successful first year covering 64 per cent of Toronto. The report will be considered by Council next month.

Today, Exec Committee endorsed the city-wide expansion of the Toronto Community Crisis Service (TCCS) as our fourth emergency service. it now goes to City Council.
