HS Coaches, Using intense conditioning to build "mental toughness" is not what you think. Its causing fatigue, emotionally anxious athletes, poor motor skills and techniques increasing risk of injury. Your athletes are not "mentally weak". They need rest/recovery and support.

Looking at the colleges in attendance list for the ECNL Playoffs & the Girls Academy Playoffs, it’s unfortunate for the kids that the schools have to make calculated financial choice. We can take a good guess, but we’ll know soon enough which tournament they preferred.#CSTruth

Ozan Soccer Wrong! You can contact the club coach and ask about the kid but the verbiage is where the rules kick in. You’re NOT suppose to use the club coach as the middle man for communication. You’re not suppose to hint or literally say an offer through the coach to pass to the recruit.
