Officially Kindness Certified Spicewood Elementary ! ✌️❤️

At Spicewood Elementary every classroom has a Peace Corner where students can take a break and practice calming strategies when needed. Love seeing each teacher’s unique spin on these spaces!

The pile gets bigger every time I open my office door! Always amazed at the generosity of our Spicewood Elementary community!

These amazing Spicewood Elementary 5th graders decided to take action when they saw the sad state of our Buddy Bench. Come on by for their fundraiser on Saturday 10/9, 3-4pm in front of Spicewood ES to help raise money for a new one!

SO proud of these Spicewood Elementary 5th graders taking action! They raised over $400 and are now moving on to purchase and paint a new Buddy Bench for our playground ❤️🥳👏

We officially have two new hand-painted (literally 😆) Buddy Benches thanks to these amazing Spicewood Elementary 5th graders who saw a problem and took action! Thanks to these girls and their parents for taking on this project ❤️

Our amazing Counselor Intern Mrs. Peña @HaleyPena23 put together our first ever Career Day for our 5th graders! So grateful for her and our volunteer presenters- our students are learning so much!

Last No Place For Hate project of the year: Every student in our school decorated a butterfly in a way that represents them, then NPFH students created this beautiful mural! ❤️🦋
