IMO In HS football, managing your personnel is just as important at scheme. In places that we have been good, we were 1.5 platoon. The oline always got their guys and never subbed. We always rotated guys on the dl to stay as fresh as possible.

Great tacklers practice the fundamentals every day. Perfect tackling form isn’t natural. It’s drilled until it becomes instinct.
