Last week I had the chance to see some old friends, celebrate new ones and receive flowers I didn't expect. Thank you to the Missouri Athletic Club St. Louis Sports Hall of Fame and all involved in making this joyous moment happen for me and all the inductees.

Aeneas Williams gets the first of Brett Favre’s six interceptions he threw in the 2001 NFC divisional round vs the #STLRams. Aeneas had two of the six interceptions (both were pick sixes) that day as the Rams routed the Packers 45-17. Pat Summerall & John Madden tell us about it.

Remembering the one and only Jim Hanifan, who was born on this day in 1933. Hanny was a legendary offensive line coach and was the Big Red head coach from 1980-1985. He passed away in 2020 at the age of 87.

I wish the community could do more for these guys. Under normal circumstances, they would have statues outside, plagues in a museum, etc. They deserve the full respect that legends and hall of famers typically get. But big thanks to the St. Louis Cardinals for honoring them yesterday.
