Saturday, #CrossFitTotality gym in Oshawa, hosted #24HoursOfHeros, raising money for Wounded Warriors CAN. The event was in support of trauma-exposed professionals (1st responders, army, etc). Attendees did multiple workouts; With each work out dedicated to a fallen responder.
