To all our Wildcats in uniform and to all those who serve, we honor you. Happy Veteran's Day!

SSISD will be closed for a Staff and Student Holiday on Monday, January 16th in Honor of Martin Luther King Day. Staff and Students will return on Tuesday, January 17th.

This morning an SSISD student was hit by a car attempting to cross the road to get on a school bus. The student's parents and EMS were notified immediately. EMS examined and cleared the student with only minor injuries. Thank you to our first responders and bus driver.

We are proud to report 6 out of 6 of our projects placed in the San Angelo Ag mechanics show, with our squeeze chute bringing home grand champion in the livestock equipment division congratulations to all 14 of our students that participated.

We rounded out Ft Worth with Kindal Shackelford winning her class and Tracey Shackelford placing 8th in class with their pigs.
