Counsellors at SPYM's Chandigarh drug rehab shared the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) with residents. EFT combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with focused attention on emotional challenges, helping to reduce stress and process difficult feelings. #RecoverySupport

Interns at SPYM Kotla Mubarakpur briefed on HIV/AIDS prevention for high-risk populations. SPYM hosts 100s of interns from Princeton, Delhi University, Jamia Millia Islamia etc. The students gain field experience and bring fresh ideas to enhance our drug recovery programmes.

At SPYM, recovery goes beyond healing-it is a reclamation of childhood. Girls at our Pardabagh centre energize through cardio, while young boys at Delhi Gate discover the joy of dance therapy. We create safe spaces for kids-a world away from addiction & society's harsh realities.
