The 8th grade students are movin' on up to South Park HS! During the final days of school, the students toured SPHS, met some of the teachers and staff, heard about classes, R.I.S.E. & PBIS, had lunch and began learning some of the daily routine of being in high school! #SPSoars

Our 8th grade students had an enlightening forensic assembly! AC Deputy Fire Marshals & their K-9, Pluto, demonstrated about fire safety & how they investigate fire incidents. They set up crime scenes to "investigate" & learn how to find, tag & collect evidence. Thank u! #SPSoars

South Park Middle School's 7th & 8th Grade Band traveled to play for 3rd & 4th grade students during the final week of school! Students were able to highlight their instrument for the SPEC students. Great job by our SPMS musicians under the direction of Mrs. Barbone! #SPSoars

Students Cullen Lewis & Riley Vrana combined their skills in manufacturing & art to create this impressive table for the SPMS office. They designed the table, manufactured all the pieces, poured the resin, assembled & wired it with lights for an added touch of elegance. #SPSoars

Summer is great, but we miss seeing our friends. That's why we hosted a SPEC Summer Meet-Up today at South Park. It was a morning of pinwheel making, popsicle enjoying, and playground exploring with principal Mrs. Dellarose. We're planning to host another meet-up soon!
