Last Saturday, the Seychelles Nature Trail Run took runners through the biodiversity-rich Morne Seychellois National Park A special thank you to our Mahe-based Forestry & National Park team for their extensive preparation, ensuring the trails were in impeccable condition.

We were recently delighted to host an eager group of children from Miss Janice’s Out of School Care for a day of educational games and activities. As part of their holiday programme, the kids enjoyed hands-on learning and deepened their understanding of conservation.

We recently welcomed our amazing partner Nouvobanq SIMBC for a plant labelling exercise along the Anse Major trail — a trail they’ve adopted since 2023! By labeling plants of interest, especially endemics along the trek, we’ve enriched every visitor’s experience.

International Day of Older Persons 🫂 Our Forestry & National Park team joined hands with the Seychelles Human Rights Commission, on October 1st for a clean-up at the English River Home for the Elderly. We also donated a variety of plants to beautify the home's outdoor spaces.

On the very first day of October, we were greeted with our first sea turtle encounter of the season in the Ste Anne Marine Park. Thanks to the dedication and expertise of our well-trained officers, every interaction is handled with the utmost care🌊💙
