PODCAST: Just over a year ago the Save Our Skibbereen campaign won their battle to stop a plastics factory being built in Skibb. Last week I spoke to SOS chair Brendan McCarthy about that victory, being a school principal in a time of Covid, and running a festival during a pandemic.
