In an effort aligned with our goal of eliminating poverty at its roots, SOCF Cleveland has awarded $30,000 to Universal Basic Employment & Opportunity (FL: Burten, Bell, Carr Development Inc.), a public policy initiative that is developing the nation's first jobs-guarantee pilot.
